Adults-Only Premium Loungers

Check-in begins at The Sandbar at 10:30 a.m. (10:00 a.m. for Season Pass Holders on Early Entry Days).

• Individual premium loungers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Premium loungers not checked in by 1 p.m. will be resold, without refund, to guests within the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In the event that you will arrive later than 1 p.m. on the day of your rental, please let us know by calling 614-645-3400.  

We will provide a full refund for cancellations made by 1:00 p.m., two days prior to your cabana reservation date. No cancellations will be permitted within 48 hours of the reservation date. To cancel a cabana reservation, please call 614-645-3400.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling existing reservations will not be permitted. Guests wishing to change the date of their cabana reservation can contact us by 1:00 p.m., two days prior prior to the reservation date, to cancel their reservation date and receive a refund.  Guests can then rebook on an alternate date, based upon current rates and availability.  Any changes made within 48 hours of your reservation date will be subject to a $25 fee, plus any applicable changes in rate. 

Premium loungers are reserved separately from Zoombezi Bay admission tickets; Your lounger reservation does not include park admission. General admission tickets to Zoombezi Bay can be purchased on this website, or become a Season Pass Holder and receive FREE admission all season!

Zoombezi Bay is open rain or shine.

We require full payment at the time of reservation, so please have your credit card ready. Your card will be charged when you click "Complete Your Order" on the confirmation page. We do not "hold" loungers. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

You may leave food (excluding alcohol and glass containers) just outside of Zoombezi Bay's entrance at the Cooler Cove, but each guest may take one small snack item (individual items limited to quart size baggie) and one 20-oz. beverage into the park. Hard- and soft-sided coolers are not permitted inside Zoombezi Bay.

Examples of one small snack include:

• Baggie size sandwich
• Baggie full of grapes or fruit slices
• Small bag of chips (approx. 3 oz.)
• Small container of yogurt
• Individual serving of fruit snacks
• An apple, orange or banana
• One wrapped package of six small cheese/peanut butter crackers
• Juice box
• 20-oz. non-alcoholic beverage in plastic container

Your park admission will allow you to exit the park to enjoy your packed meal at the Cooler Cove and re-enter when you finish. Guests may call (614) 645-3400 if they have special dietary needs, food allergies, or are bringing an infant to the park. Staff can provide additional information on food options.

To help ensure that all guests enjoy a safe experience during their visit:

• All bags and coolers are subject to search and only authorized bags will be permitted inside the gates at Zoombezi Bay.
• Any cooler that is hard or soft-sided is not permitted inside the gates at Zoombezi Bay.
• Coolers or items not meeting the requirements must be left in a designated cooler storage area or stored in personal vehicles.
• Designated cooler storage areas are located in close proximity to each entrance of Zoombezi Bay.
• Coolers left outside of designated cooler storage areas will be relocated to the nearest cooler storage location.
• Guests may access their items throughout the day by receiving a handstamp upon exiting.
• Medical exceptions to this policy must be made in advance.

• Crockpots

• Personal beach or lawn chairs
