How does ZOOMPASS work?

Book your ride reservations on the spot, from anywhere in the park, using your wristband. Whether you're lounging by the wave pool or grabbing a bite to eat, you can easily reserve your spot on the most popular rides  without ever having to leave your current location. Forget wandering around looking for reservation kiosks... with ZOOMPASS, the fun is just a tap away!

Zoombezi Bay offers three incredible ZOOMPASS options to choose from. 

  • With a Gold ZOOMPASS, you wait as long as everyone else is waiting, but not in line—you can enjoy your free time elsewhere in the park.
  • With a Platinum ZOOMPASS, you enjoy a significant reduction in wait time allowing you to enjoy more rides with smaller wait times.
  • A Diamond ZOOMPASS is your ultimate ticket to an unforgettable day at Zoombezi Bay. This pass almost completely eliminates your wait time, reducing it by over 90%. (Limited daily quantities available - while supplies last).

ZOOMPASS can be purchased at the ZOOMPASS Sales Counter at the front of the park, The Season Pass Entrance, and select times at the Big Island Gazebo.

A $10.00 deposit is required for the ZOOMPASS which is refunded once the wristband is returned to the reservation center.
